This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief: " It is therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to direct the Opp. Party to accept the application of the Petitioner, with all the statutory requirement and deposit for regular supply of electricity to the petitioner's quarter/premises And further supply the electricity and collect the dues as per the meter reading after installation of the meter and as per the bill raised against the consumption as per rule and regular supply the electricity to the petitioner's premises in the interest of justice;

And any other direction and/or directions be issued appropriate under the circumstances And for this act of kindness the Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

In course of hearing, Mr. Lenka, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
