2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the order dated 14.12.2011 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur in G.R. Case No.312(A) of 2011 wherein the learned S.D.J.M rejected the petition filed under Section 205 Cr.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he has no instruction in this matter.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the Petitioners are recalcitrant litigants and do not want to proceed with the matter.
