2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the order of cognizance dated 18.2.2011 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole in G.R. Case No.503 of 2010.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2011. Defect pointed out by the S.R. has not yet been removed. No notice to the Opposite Party No.2 has also been issued yet.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the file has been misplaced. Therefore, he seeks for an adjournment.

5. But this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter further.

6. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed non-prosecution. This order be communicated to the trial court immediately. (S. Pujahari) Judge PKS
