This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This is an application for modification/correction of the order dated 24th June, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that at paragraphs-2 and 5 of the order dated 24th June, 2022, the registration number of the vehicle has been inadvertently mentioned as "OR-16-D-2880" in place of "OD-16-D-2880" for which the Petitioner could not comply with the said order. 4.

I find the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner to be correct. Accordingly, the order dated 24th June, 2022 be corrected to the aforesaid extent. Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered.

In view of such correction, the time fixed for the Petitioner to comply with the order dated 24th June, 2022 is extended for a period of two weeks.
