This is an application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner- Rinku Sahu in connection with Inspector Excise, Mobile Squad, Dhenkanal P.R. Case No.08 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. (Special) NDPS Case No.8 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Judge, Special Court, Dhenkanal for commission of offence punishable under Section 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act.

Mr. P.R. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to withdraw the bail application in order to move the learned trial Court for bail afresh after examination of the seizure witnesses.

Accordingly, the BLAPL is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
