In view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the State, no criminal case has yet been registered in connection with the Bhubaneswar Mahila P.S.; learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this application seeking liberty to renew the same in case cause of action so arises in future.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Interim order passed on 06.08.2020 does no more survive.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
