The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khordha Model P.S. Case No.23 of 2022 corresponding to T.R. Case No.6 of 2022 of the Court of learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Khurdha for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 21 (c)/29 of NDPS Act, 1985 4.
Considering the fact that the seized contraband is more than commercial quantity being 310 grams of brown sugar, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected. 5.
BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
