01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "The Petitioner, therefore, most humbly prays that may be graciously pleased to allow the writ petition directing O.P. No. 2 to pass formal regularization order of petitioner w.e.f. 17.03.2013 on completion of six years of contractual service like Annexure-2 Series with all consequential benefits; And for which the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 13.06.2022 at Annexure-3 to the Writ Petition before the sole Opp. Party, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to the sole

// 2 // Opp. Party to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

4. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the sole Opposite Party to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and taking into account Annexure-2 series within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. (Biraja Prasanna Satapathy) Judge Sneha
