This writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 29th April, 2022 (Annexure-5) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Angul in C.P. No. 227 of 2021, whereby a petition under Order XII Rule 6 C.P.C. filed by the Petitioner was rejected. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Lenka, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that hearing of the suit has already commenced. Hence, by filing a memo dated 14th September, 2022, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
