He has referred to para 3 of the compliance affidavit dated 16.11.2016 which reads as under:- "That, pursuant to the aforesaid order of the Hon'ble High Court, the commission had considered the matter and complied the order of the Hon'ble High Court by recommending the petitioner for appointment to the post of Assistant Professor, Opthalmology in Group-A of Odisha Medical Education Service, under Health & Family Welfare Department, pursuant to the Advertisement No.4 of 201011 vide OPSC office letter No.6601/PSC, dt. 31.10.2016."
