Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the record and the materials. 3.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. No.6798 of 2021 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar registered under Sections 420/468/470/34, I.P.C..

Considering the submissions and the materials placed before the Court, it is directed that the petitioner on the event of arrest in the aforesaid case shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer. 5.

The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
