Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with Rasol P.S. Case No. 82 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 219 of 2020 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Hindol for the alleged commission of offence under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr. P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Dhenkanal by order dated 06.05.2021, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Considering the nature of allegations, statement of Kartika @ Bhola Dehury and the recovery under Section 27 of the

Evidence Act, qua the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the bail application at this stage. 6.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands rejected.

It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer after examination of the witness named above. (V.Narasingh) Judge Dhal
