Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the record and the materials. 3.

The petitioners are accused in Nayapali P.S. Case No.244 dated 26.04.2022 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar registered under Sections 498-A/323/294/354/354-A/354-B/506/34, I.P.C.

Considering the submissions and the materials placed before the Court, it is directed that the petitioners on the event of arrest in the aforesaid case shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer. 5.

The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
