1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. Order No.
2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the order dated 02.11.2010 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Basudevpur in ICC Case No.78 of 2010 wherein the learned J.M.F.C has taken cognizance under Sections 417/420/506/34 IPC against them.
3. It appears that in spite of the direction dated 27.11.2015, defect has not been removed yet.
4. Learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for an adjournment. Since this matter is of the year 2011, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter further.
5. Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order as there is no illegality or infirmity in the same.

6. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed but liberty is given to the Petitioners to raise all the contentions at the time of framing of the charge.
7. However, this Court directs that if the Petitioners have not been released on bail, in the event they surrender before the Court in seisin over the matter within six weeks hence and make a motion for bail, the Court in seisin over the matter shall release them on bail in connection with the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as it may deem just and proper.
8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
