This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the ABLAPL No.7278 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 19.07.2022 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner but in 3rd and 4th line of the paragraph-7 of the said order, it has been inadvertently written "petitioner has any criminal antecedents of similar nature". In fact, the petitioner has "more than one criminal antecedents of similar nature". Hence, modification has been prayed for. 5.

Accordingly, it is directed that in 3rd and 4th line of paragraph7 of the order dated 19.07.2022 the words "more than one criminal antecedents of similar nature" be inserted after the word "has", rest part of the order remaining the same. It is further directed that the

// 2 // petitioner can avail the benefit of the said order on surrendering before the court below on or before 15th of September, 2022. 6.

The I.A is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
