2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his best efforts on several occasions, he could not establish contact with the petitioner.

3. Hence, it seems that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of for nonprosecution.

5. If any cause of action arises in future, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court within a period of three months from today.
