Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

There is already determination involving several grounds of encroachment proceedings, even there has been payment of fine. Once encroachment proceeding gets completed and fine is paid, the Petitioner becomes an encroacher. There is no obstruction in evicting such person unless order involved therein has been challenged in higher forum and reversed by competent Court of law. 3.

In the circumstance, this Court finds, there is no illegality in the action of the Opposite Parties requiring interference by this Court. 4.

This Writ Petition thus stands dismissed.
