This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last date as well as on the preceding date thereto. This Court, however, on 31.10.2022 had given one chance to the Petitioner but it appears that the Petitioner is reluctant to avail such opportunity.

In view of the above facts and circumstance, it appears that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.

Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
