Heard Mr. D.K. Sahu, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. S. Rath, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.

The Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Parties to provide MBA Qualification Certificates within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners state that highlighting the grievances, the Petitioners have made representations to Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexures-2 and 3 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time. 5.

Considering the contention raised by learned Counsel for the Petitioners, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representations filed by the Petitioners vide Annexures-2 and 3, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy this order.
