1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioners are in custody since 11th May, 2022 in connection with Parlakhemundi P.S. Case No.59/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.155/2022 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Gajapati, Parlakhemundi for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 341/323/325/354/307/506/34 of I.P.C.

4. It is submitted that the incident arose out of a tussle between the two groups in which the members of both groups sustained injuries. There are materials to show that the Petitioners assaulted the members of the other group causing grievous injuries.
5. However, considering the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted in the mean time and the Petitioners are in custody for more than 5 months by now and the incident was the result of free fight between two groups, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Petitioners be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that they shall appear personally before the trial court on each date of posting of the case and in case of even a single default, necessary orders shall be passed by the court to take them to custody again. Further the Petitioners shall appear before the I.I.C. of Parlakhemundi P.S. on every Sunday at 10 A.M. till conclusion of trial and such fact shall be certified by the I.I.C. to the concerned Court once in a month.
6. The BLAPL is disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
