1. It is stated by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the statement of the victim girl was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. It is stated that the Petitioner and the victim girl have been residing together as husband and wife, and leading a happy conjugal life and are blessed with a child.
2. In that view of the matter, G.R. Case No.643 of 2012 arising out of Jajpur Sadar P.S. Case No.116 of 2012 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur and all orders and proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.
3. The petition is disposed of. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned trial Court forthwith.
