Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant and submits, his client had applied for cognizance of contempt on wilful and deliberate violation of directions made in order dated 27th January, 2022, by which the writ petition was disposed of. During pendency of the application, the order has been complied with. 2.
Mr. Acharya, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of alleged contemner and submits, his client has filed showcause stating the compliance. He tenders unqualified apology on behalf of his client for delayed compliance.

The apology and compliance are accepted. The contempt proceeding is dropped.
