1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in paragraph-3, last line of the order dated 6th July, 2022 instead of mentioning the offence under Sections "366/376 of I.P.C. read with Section 6 of POCSO Act" offence under Section "395 I.P.C." has been inadvertently mentioned.

4. In view of the submissions as above, the prayer made in the application is allowed. It is directed that in the last line of paragraph-3 of order dated 6th July, 2022, passed in BLAPL No.5673/2022 the offence under Section "395 I.P.C." be deleted and in its place offence under Sections "366/376 of I.P.C. read with Section 6 of POCSO Act" be substituted.

5. Office is directed to carry out the correction.

6. The I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.
