Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner. He submits, his client's husband died in road accident. His client claimed compensation. Opposite party no.4 directed his client to approach State. In turn State directed his client to approach the Collector, Nayagarh. He prays for direction upon said opposite party to consider fresh representation to be made by his client. 2.
Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, appropriate direction be made.

In event petitioner approaches opposite party no.3 with fresh representation and this order, said opposite party will consider the
