Mr. Nayak, learned advocate, appears on behalf of petitioner and Order No.

submits, his client's minor son died in boat accident. Claim for compensation was made by representation dated 16th October, 2020 to opposite party no.4 but, his client has been advised that opposite party no.3 is the appropriate authority. Hence he prays for appropriate direction. 2.

Mr. Das, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, in event representation is made before opposite party no.3, it will be considered and disposed of. 3.

Petitioner will approach opposite party no.3 with fresh representation and this order. Said opposite party is directed to consider and deal with the representation, if made. Result of the consideration should be made known

// 2 // to petitioner within three weeks of approach. Mr. Nayak prays for leave to correct error in the cause title. Leave is granted to Mr. Nayak to cause correction in Court and countersigned by Court Master. Copy of amended cause title be served on Mr. Das.
