submits, his client's wife died in motor accident. His client claimed compensation by representation dated 1st November, 2019 addressed to opposite party no.3. Said opposite party is required to forward the representation to opposite party no.2 for consideration and disposal. He submits, the representation has not been forwarded. He prays for appropriate directions.
