This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioners in this writ petition seek to assail the order dated 18th April, 2022 (Annexure-7) and order dated 19th May, 2022 (Annexure-6) passed by the District Sub-Registrar, Bargarh refusing to register the sale deed in question. 3.

Since the orders impugned herein are appealable under Section 72 of the Indian Registration Act, 1908, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. It is, however, observed that this order shall not in any way preclude the Petitioner to work out their remedy in accordance with law. 3.1 Delay, if any in filing the appeal under Section 72 of the Act shall be considered liberally keeping in mind that the writ petition was pending before this Court since 20th June, 2022 along with other grounds.
