This CMP has been filed assailing the order dated 26th November, 2019 (Annexure-10) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kendrapara in C.S. No.435 of 2019, whereby both the parties are directed to maintain status quo in respect of the suit property.

It appears from the order sheet that on 8th July, 2022, none had appeared on behalf of the Petitioner when the matter was called.

Hence, it appears that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter.
