This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the FIR in connection with Chandaka P.S. Case No. 8 of 2015 arising out of G.R. Case No. 49 of 2015 file of the learned J.M.F.C.(O), Bhubaneswar. 2.

Mr. P.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo stating that both the petitioners have expired in the meanwhile for which the case has abated against them. The same be kept on record.

The CRLMC is therefore disposed of as infructuous. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
