1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioners are in custody since 11th January, 2022 in connection with G.R.P. P.S. Case No.2/2022 corresponding to T.R. Case No.13/2022 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Khordha at Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of the offence under Section 20 (b)(ii)(C) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Considering the fact the seized contraband is more than commercial quantity being 46 kgs.800 grams of ganja and both the Petitioners do not belong to the State of Odisha, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is, therefore, rejected. However, it is open to the Petitioners to renew their prayer later.
