This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for the following relief:

"Under the above circumstances, the petitioner therefore prays that Your Lordships would graciously be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus directing the opp. party No.2 and 4 to furnish the complete and detailed information as per the application of the petitioner to the information officer, DRDA, Kendrapada for the MGNREGS under Annexure-1 and further be pleased to direct to supply the same to the petitioner under R.T.I.

And further be pleased to issue any other writ/writs/directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the circumstances;

And for this act of kindness, the petitioner, as in duty bound, shall ever pray."

It appears that a second appeal assailing the inaction of Public Information Officer in the office of DRDA, Kendrapada is pending. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
