On perusal of order sheets, it reveals that on each date of previous postings of the case, i.e., on 22nd June, 2022, 29th June, 2022 and on 6th June, 2022, none had appeared for the Petitioner. However, on the submission of learned Additional Government Advocate, the matter is placed before this Bench. It appears that the Petitioner is not interested to pursue the writ petition.
