1. The Petitioner has filed the present petition being aggrieved by Order No.

the stoppage of his salary directed by the Opposite Parties, on the plea that the charge sheet has been filed against the Petitioner by the Crime Branch.

2. At the time of hearing today, Mr. Sumant Das, proxy counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Sameer Kumar Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he has no instruction.

3. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed.
