On perusal of the record, it appears that none appeared for the Petitioner on 13.05.2022 when the matter was listed. Again the matter was listed on 30.06.2022 and none appeared for the Petitioner on that date. Today when the matter is called none appears for the Petitioner. It appears that the Petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter. 3.

The BLAPL is dismissed for non-prosecution.

However, it is open for the Petitioner to revive the same if the cause of action survives.
