Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. has been filed for modification.

Perused the recitals in the I.A.

It is submitted that one Naresh Oram and another moved this Court in BLAPL No.4713 of 2021 and were directed to be released on bail by order dated 20.06.2022. It is stated that since the name of other accused has not been reflected in the cause title and order is in singular the learned Court has not released the Petitioner No.2 in the said case, Mukesh Oram is still in custody.

Taking note of such submission and on verification of record, it is seen that Mukesh Oram is the other petitioner. 6.

It is thus directed that the order passed in BLAPL No.4713 of 2021 dated 20.06.2022 shall also be given effect to the case in respect

of the co-accused Mukesh Oram aged about 19 years son of Prabhulal Oram, R/o-Karamtuli, P.S. Ainthapali, Dist-Sambalpur. 7.

Learned court in seisin is requested to act on the production of the order in the I.A. along with the order of this Court dated 20.06.2022 in BLAPL No.4713 of 2021 in respect of Naresh Oram. 8.

Accordingly the I.A. stands disposed of.

Other conditions remain unaltered.

This Court deeply regrets the inconvenience caused to the co-accused Mukesh Oram.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per the rules.
