Considering the innocuous prayer made by the Petitioner, this Order No.

Court directs, in the event the Mutation Application at the instance of the Petitioner is still pending before the Tahasildar, Mahakalpara, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner, but however, involving the persons likely to be affected and if necessary, service of notice on the opponents therein shall be made through Special Messenger at the cost of the Petitioner. 2.
