This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioners in this writ petition seek to assail the validity of the final electoral roll for the election of office bearers of the Committee of Gadarodanga Service Cooperative Society Ltd., Brahmagiri.

Since the notification for the ensuing Cooperative Election has already been published and the election is scheduled to be held on 26th June, 2022, I am not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed. Petitioners, if so advised, may file a properly constituted election dispute for redressal of their grievances as made out in this writ petition in accordance with law.
