This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking modification in Paragraph-6 of the order dated 29.08.2022. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that in the last line before the condition "in seisin over the matter" be deleted" as the same will cause problem in depositing the cash. 5.

Considering such submission, the aforesaid words i.e. "in seisin over the matter" is hereby deleted.
