This writ petition involves an allegation of non-disposal of the Order No.

Demarcation Proceeding vide Demarcation Case No.46 of 2018. 2.

Considering the allegation of the Petitioner to be a serious one, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Kendrapara-O.P.3 to conclude the proceeding vide Demarcation Case No.46 of 2018 involving the parties likely to be affected, within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner, if the same is still pending.
