Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of an order No.4291/Ex dated 03.09.2022 passed by the Government, Department of Excise granting permission for issuance of a license of IMFL restaurant ON shop in favour of the petitioner for the premises operating in the name and style of Varenyas Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. in the district of Khurda for the remaining period of Excise Year 2022-23, the present writ petition is infructuous.

It is further conceded that even the license pursuant to the aforesaid order has been issued.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
