This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner being aggrieved by the selection relating to Community Resource Persons for Community Mobilization under the Odisha Livelihoods Mission under the administrative control of Department of Mission Shakti for enhancing the Socio-economic condition of the rural poor through promotion of sustainable livelihoods. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner places on record that the Petitioner ventilating her grievance preferred a representation to the Block Development Officer, Brahmagiri at Annexure-2 dated 7.06.2022. He has also submitted that there are other representations pointing out
irregularities which have also been submitted to the Block Development Officer, Brahmagiri.

Taking note of the same and keeping in view the nature of grievance, this Court directs the Block Development Officer, Brhmagiri (O.P.No.2) to take a decision on the representation referred herein above within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of the order of this Court after giving opportunity of hearing to all the concerned including Opposite Parties 3 and 4 (Parbati Lenka and Sabita Sahani respectively).

To facilitate such disposal learned counsel for the Petitioner undertakes to file the copy of the writ petition along with a certified copy of this order within a week. 7.
In the event the petitioner submits the copy of the order before the Block Development Officer, Brahmagiri (O.P. No.2) within the time stipulated period, status quo as on date relating to selection of Community Resource Person for Community Mobilization for Berhampur Cluster Level Federation under Brahmagiri Block, shall be maintained. 8.
The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. 9.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
