On perusal of the record, it appears that none appeared on 13.05.2022 and 30.06.2022. Today when the matter is called again none appears for the Petitioner.

In such view of the matter, the BLAPL is dismissed for nonprosecution. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to revive the same if the cause of action survives.
