Surrender certificate has been filed in Court indicating that the petitioner has surrendered to custody on 14.10.2022. 3.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2022 in connection with Delang P.S.
Case No.75 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.183 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Pipili for the alleged commission of offence under Section 341/294/307/324/34 of IPC. 5.
Considering the submissions, the nature of accusations and the period of detention in custody as also the fact that all other co-accused persons have been released on bail as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court
on each date of posting of the case without fail. 6.
BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
