Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T.Case No. 1273of 2022 corresponding to Mangalpur P.S. Case No. 329 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned Court of the learned SDJM, Jajpur, for commission of the offence under Sections 448/ 294/323/379/506/34 of the I.P.C Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Jajpur by Order dated 17.06.2022 in BLAPL No. 326 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to move this Court afresh after filing of the Charge Sheet.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
