This is an application for extension of date of surrender. 3.

The date of surrender as stipulated in order dated 19.07.2022 passed in ABLAPL No. 7327 of 2022 is extended to three weeks as last chance. The learned court shall consider the case of the Petitioner No.2 by maintaining the principles of parity, if applicable. 4.
