Heard Mr. T. Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner files this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties to get access to the NCVT MIS Portal with immediate effect in order to enable the petitioner to run the institution smoothly and to allow the students to appear in the examination for the academic session 2022-23. 4.

Fact remains that due to administrative problem between the principal and teaching staff admission during last two years have not been taken. Since the petitioner has made an innocuous prayer, instead of entertaining this writ petition, the writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the authority concerned in accordance with law.
