In view of the undertaking given by Mr. Mishra, learned A.G.A that the order passed by this Court on 22.9.2021 will be complied with by 15th October,2022. 4.

This CONTC. is disposed of with that undertaking. 5.

However, it is observed that if the order dated 22.9.2021 is not complied with by 15th October, 2022, then Suo Motu Contempt proceeding will be initiated against the opp. parties.
