Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It is alleged, in spite of no proceeding involving the Petitioners involving clearing of unauthorised encroachment, if any, the IIC, Tangi Police Station by Mike announcement is attempting to evict the Petitioners involved herein.

For the opinion of this Court, the IIC, Tangi P.S. has no such role, as the action, if any, is required to be taken by the Public Authority in the administrative side. Be that as it may, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitioners have not been involved in any encroachment proceeding as of now, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition observes, there should not be any eviction without following due process of law.
