01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. Gupta, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. C.S. Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Opp. Parties.

3. The Petitioner is aggrieved by order dtd.17.10.2021 passed by the Director, Health Services, Odisha in rejecting the claim of the Petitioner for engagement of his son in a Govt. job. It is submitted that Petitioner's father alienated some land in favour of the Govt. vide gift deed dtd.13.02.2006 under Annexure-1. It is submitted that subsequent to that the Petitioner approached the Authorities of the Health and Family Welfare Department with a request to provide employment to his son.

4. It is also submitted that the General public of the locality also made similar representation under Annexure-4. It is submitted that when such grievance was not considered, the Petitioner approached this Court in W.P.(C) No. 35704 of 2020. This Court vide order dtd.19.01.2021 directed the Authorities to take a decision on the

// 2 // Petitioner's claim. On receipt of the said order Director, Health services has passed an order under Annexure-8 on 07.10.2021 rejecting the Petitioner's claim.

This Court when put a question to Mr. Gupta as to whether there was any stipulation in the gift deed regarding providing employment to his son in lieu of such donation of land, Mr. Gupta fails to satisfy this Court on that point. This Court after going through the impugned order finds no illegality on the same and this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ Petition, which is dismissed accordingly.
