1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioner is in custody since 15th December, 2021 in connection with Jagatsinghpur P.S. Case No.684/2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.245/2021 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Jagatsinghpur, for the alleged commission of the offence under Section 21 (c)/29(1) of the NDPS Act.

Considering the fact the seized brown sugar is more than commercial quantity being 262 grams and there are enough materials to show that the same was recovered from the exclusive and conscious possession of the Petitioner, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is, therefore, rejected.
5. The BLAPL is disposed of.
6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
